Plastic Mirror: Acrylic Mirror & Polycarbonate Mirror
Acrylic Mirror is a high quality plastic mirror sheet with tough protective back coating, which protects against scratching during fabrication. Mirror grade Acrylic is 100 times stronger than glass but more lightweight, with polycarbonate mirror sheeting being 200 times stronger than glass and up to half the weight of an average glass panel.
Acrylic Mirror sheeting is often used in marine environments due to is heightened toughness over glass and its higher light transmission. The standard sizes available are 2440 x 1220 mm. (Cut to size available for Silver sheets in 3mm and 6mm thickness). Over 20 fantastic colours to choose from in the range for creating outstanding displays.
