PPSU 1000

PPSU 1000 is a high-performance material offering better impact and chemical resistance properties than Duratron PEI.

PPSU 1000 has high maximum allowable service temperature in air (180°C continuously), good chemical and excellent hydrolysis resistance, high stiffness over a wide temperature range, very high impact strength, high dimensional stability, very good resistance to high energy radiation (gamma and x-ray), good electrical insulating and dielectric properties, and is physiologically inert.

PPSU 1000 is often used to produce medical devices and is suitable for electronic assembly equipment.

PPSU 1000 is available in sheet and rod form, and in a range of thicknesses.
