Nylatron GSM

Nylatron GSM includes the addition of finely divided particles of molybdenum disulphide to improve bearing and wear behaviour without compromising impact and fatigue resistance.

Nylatron GSM has high mechanical strength, stiffness, hardness, and toughness, good fatigue resistance, high mechanical damping ability, good sliding properties, excellent wear resistance, good electrical insulating properties, good resistance to high energy radiation (gamma and x-rays), and good machinability.

Nylatron GSM is often used to produce gears, bearings, sprockets, and sheaves.

Nylatron GSM is available in sheet, rod and tube form and comes in a range of thicknesses.
